Nina's is proud to offer payment solutions to ensure you can sparkle at your convenience, including cash, NAB Transact, Paypal, Mastercard and Visa.
Nina's offer two industry-standard methods for secure online payment. NAB Transact is our direct credit card payment gateway. They are an industry leading payment processing solution. And Paypal, used by over 5 million Australian shoppers and 90,000 Australian stores and millions more around the world.
Our website is equipped to take payment for specialty services with unique quotes. Please speak to one of our customer service team on how to make payments for these services.
We're also able to take payments via bank transfer, over-the-phone or by direct deposit. Please speak to our friendly customer service team if you would like to take advantage of one of these secure, personalised payment options.
Lay-by
We are pleased to offer both in-store and online lay-by options on full-price items. They are not available on sale items.
To begin any lay-by, a deposit of $20 or 20% of the total is required (whichever is greater).
Payments on lay-bys are expected fortnightly.
You’ll have 3 months to complete the sale.
A lay-by may be cancelled by you at any time, and will be refunded in full, less the cancellation charge. The cancellation charge is the amount of the deposit ($20 dollars or 20%, whichever is greater).
Should the lay-by terms not be met, or your lay-by term expires, Nina's will reach out to advise you. If we do not hear from you within 7 days, your lay-by will be cancelled. Should you not pay the outstanding monies within the specified lay-by period, the lay-by may be cancelled, goods returned to stock, and any monies due, minus the cancellation charge, refunded to the customer.
Online lay-bys
Online lay-bys are offered on full-price items over $2,000. (For items under $2,000, we are pleased to offer Afterpay, so you can sparkle now, and pay later!)
You'll need to create and sign-in to your Nina's account to use online lay-by.
You can make payments on your online lay-by by logging-in to your Nina's account dashboard and selecting 'Lay-by Payments' in the left-hand menu.
In-store lay-bys
You can make payments on in-store lay-bys over the phone, by visiting us in-store, or by using the payment links on our website here.
Afterpay
Sparkle now. Pay later!
This payment platform allows you to purchase in four instalments, due every 2 weeks. For example, if you purchase an item for $800, you will pay it in four smaller instalments. There is no additional cost to use Afterpay so long as you pay on time.
